Rematches in battle rap

Why do we have so many people complaining about rematches. We see these in every combat sport; boxing, ufc, and he’ll even the WWE. Nobody complains when it happens for these things.
Roc and Nitty are both at what I deem as their best. Both have been crowned champion of the year winners since their first battle. The first battle didn’t necessarily live up to the height l, but as careers progress I geneuinely believe we should get rematches and even trilogies.
What are the genuine valid points against rematches?

I also like rematches and would be happy to see more as long as they make sense.
I like this match specifically because they're both better than they were 10 years ago and it's like a battle between the current top 2. But I get why people are disappointed in it for the first announcement, because battle rap feels really stale these days and a rematch between two guys who have been very active top tiers for 10 years feels like just more of the same. Not a match with a lot of buildup, not someone like mook or lux who battles infrequently, not a highly anticipated return, and a lot of battle rap is just worse versions of these guys styles so it's hard to be that excited.
But I do think it'll be a good battle and more importantly one with six full rounds and no chokes because these two actually take battles seriously. I hope the rest of the card is as reliable and more interesting.
